The Qcommunications Engineering Team has been fortunate over the years to learn new skills and take on projects that have not always been a part of our “standard” menu. This past spring our techs spent time getting certified and trained to install, repair and maintain satellite systems. By the end of the summer, we had installed 2 full antenna dish systems and nearly 1300 filters for phase one of the FCC Cband Relocation Project. We are now moving on to phase 2 of the project, and look forward to continuing these endeavors well beyond the relocation project. A big thanks to our techs for their hard work and dedication! They encountered many obstacles including hurricanes, hornets, and extreme temperatures, without blinking an eye!!

The Qcomm engineering team is currently installing a Gatesair ULXTED-120 in Minneapolis, MN.
This is a large system that required extensive design and engineering considerations by both Gatesair and Qcommunications.
From start to finish our team will prep the site, install, startup and proof the new system, then decommission the old system.
We are looking forward to providing the client with a more than satisfactory installation experience.

Our President, Tony ZumMallen, will be presenting on a panel at the CCA annual convention in Phoenix, AZ. This panel will take place September 20th at 3:15 and will consist of experts discussing the details of the application and reimbursement process for the new Rip and Replace program.
