There is an Enhanced Risk of severe storms on Wednesday 10/30 for northwest MO, eastern KS, and northeastern OK. Risks: large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes (some of which may be strong). Stay up to date on the forecast and have multiple ways to receive warnings.

Thats a squint / wink and a smile if you can’t tell (sure you can’t, haha). K so I got a wild idear per Kansas Travel at KansasTravel.org talking about Go Chicken Go. Verdict is yep, gooood. Chicken breast filet sandwich was the tiniest bit chewy, but you know what? I know that was some REAL chicken. I’ll be back.

HOW was I NOT FOLLOWING my FAVORITE wellness spotttt?!?! Am now. You should, too!

If you haven't seen the reel yet....the secret is out.... We're MOVING!! As much as we LOVE our Downtown Lawrence location, after 10 years in our comfy space, we have grown enough, it is time to EXPAND and MOVE! We are working on making the new space as relaxed and inviting as our current space. The new space will more than DOUBLE our massage room capacity.... The new space will have a dedicated Community Acupuncture space, so NO MORE walk-throughs... We will have TONS of FREE parking and NO STAIRS!! Stay tuned for more updates as we wrap up construction, painting, and well...MOVING. Our services will continue in our current space right up to the date of the move, so keep booking your sessions and STAY TUNED as we share progress and announcements about the location and other updates to the news and EXPANDED Bodhi Tree!

I keep my list of small, but I do admit I got a charge out of meeting Paul Allen at the KU Innovation Park. He challenges some of my beliefs re: things like laissez faire governance, but his faith in and belief that still holds great promise for our betterment is inspiring. My latest for Startland News:
