I asked DAll E mini to basically draw what I think our future will look like. It did a better job than I thought at drawing "Mega highways intersecting into artificial islands and buildings going across a polluted ocean with a polluted city as the entire horizon". These images are close to the one's I've seen in my dreams every since I was a small child.

So I was suspicious that the images from dalle mini are not generated from scratch but are more or less photoshopped mesh ups of pre existing images. Some of the images it generates when I type in very vague or one word descriptions have what appear to be blurred writing in the bottom corners, making me suspect they are blurred names of the original artists. However, after reading more about how it works and experimenting more. Trying to come up with weirder and more challenging ideas for it to generate. I've concluded that it does emulate styles, takes elements and poses from pre existing images but can and does create it's own images from scratch. However, with a few I'm not sure. I hope no one who follows this page minds that I am going to continue to upload all these images I've been creating with Dalle mini. After all this art on here has always been more about photo manipulation, experimenting with effects to basically make random computer images to begin with.
