"What is blocking me from my next level of success?"

Fear...not just fear but my vulnerability in expressing my fears. I realized that my inability to be vulnerable created a wall between myself and my audience as well as my clients. Now like many of you, I am stepping out and willing to be fully self-expressed both in my written and video content. I have learned that the secret to engagement and attracting my divine client is my willingness to share the journey. Why is this important? We connect

This time of year, a lot of people rush to create content plans for January.

Posting schedules.
Calendars.
Consistency goals.

Planning matters—but here’s something I see often:

Planning without clarity doesn’t create momentum.
It creates pressure.

If your message isn’t clear, a calendar just helps you stay busy—not visible.

Clarity answers questions like:
• Who am I really speaking to right now?
• What conversations am I meant to lead?
• What do people actually come to me for?

When those answers are clear, planning feels supportive instead of stressful.

Before asking, “What should I post next year?”
Try asking, “What do people need to understand about my work first?”

As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on something that comes up often in conversations about visibility.

So many coaches are asking:
What should I do more of next year?
What platform should I focus on?
How do I stay consistent?

But here’s the question I find far more helpful especially this time of year:

What actually worked because it was aligned, not because you forced it?

Visibility doesn’t come from doing everything right.
It comes from doing the right things with clarity and intention.

As you reflect, notice:
• What felt natural to show up for
• What created real conversations
• What energized you vs. what drained you

That information is gold.

On a day filled with cooking, conversation, laughter, and a little beautiful chaos…
I wanted to offer you a moment of stillness. 💛

Today, I’m thinking about the women in my community —
the wise, purpose-driven, powerful leaders who are building businesses from their hearts.

And I want to say something I don’t get to say nearly enough:

Thank you.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for reading, listening, learning, and leading.
Thank you for trusting me with your message, your voice, and the sacred work you’re here to do.
Thank you for the seeds you planted this year — even the ones no one else saw.

This year, I’ve had countless conversations with women who were exhausted, hopeful, discouraged, courageous… sometimes all in the same breath.
And every time, I’m reminded of the strength it takes to build a purpose-driven business.
There is nothing easy about choosing purpose.
There is nothing small about choosing impact.
And there is absolutely nothing accidental about the fact that you are here.

If this year stretched you…
If it surprised you…
If it asked more of you than you expected…
I hope today gives you a moment to breathe.

To exhale.
To reflect.
To remember that what you’re building truly matters.

One of my deepest prayers for this community is that you never forget the power of your presence...not your posts, not your productivity, not your performance…but you.

Today is prep day… because tomorrow, the transformation begins.

I’m spending today doing the final touches for the Boost Your Brand’s Visibility Workshop, and I have to tell you…there’s a special kind of energy that comes the day before a room like this opens.

The slides are ready.
