Social Media Saturdays

Social Media Saturdays Real social media strategies designed to fuel your business, capture your authentic message, and pos The need to show up as "perfect" created a gap.

I am the behind-the-scenes girl ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“น

At least thatโ€™s what I told myself 5 years ago. As the support person for top influential brands, I did a great job at showing up for everyone else except for myself. I fell into the belief that to show up on social media, everything had to be perfect. So I became the person that stood behind others and helped them shine. I was...
๐Ÿšซ Paralyzed by fear
๐Ÿšซ Hiding until I โ€œfigured it outโ€
๐Ÿšซ Feeling link an imposter

And to top it off, I was on the brink of burnout. Deep down inside I had the desire to shine too and I walked through the world feeling less than. Things began to change when I asked myself:
"What is blocking me from my next level of success?"

Fear...not just fear but my vulnerability in expressing my fears. I realized that my inability to be vulnerable created a wall between myself and my audience as well as my clients. Now like many of you, I am stepping out and willing to be fully self-expressed both in my written and video content. I have learned that the secret to engagement and attracting my divine client is my willingness to share the journey. Why is this important? We connect
๐ŸŒŸ through our pain
๐ŸŒŸ through our challenges
๐ŸŒŸ through lessons learned
๐ŸŒŸ with those, we believe we have things in common with. I believe people like you and me are called to be more and to do more. We are called to serve more. People who are committed to
providing value in everything that they do
โœ… Using their gifts and talents to empower others
โœ… Inspiring others to action
โœ… Locking arms and building relationships where everyone wins
โœ… Excellence

Someone can read your post, follow you...and still disappear.

They found you.
They liked what you said.
They may even think, โ€œI need to keep following her.โ€

Then...nothing.

Here's a quick check:

How do people find you?
Where can they go deeper?
What can they do when they're ready for more?

Can you draw a clear line between the three?

This is the work I help experienced women do.

Because the problem isn't always visibility.
Sometimes it's the gap between being visible and creating opportunities from that visibility.

If someone discovered you today and wanted to know more, would she know what to do next?

Website. โœ“
Lead magnet. โœ“
Newsletter. โœ“
Social media. โœ“
Workshop. โœ“
Offers. โœ“

And somehow we're still asking...

โ€œWhat else do I need?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Sometimes? Nothing.

The problem isn't what's missing.
It's what isn't connected.

Put the things you've already created on one page and ask:

How does someone move from THIS...to THAT?

That's a Visibility Ecosystem.

Not more stuff.
Connected stuff.

One question changed the direction of a conversation.

I had just finished recording She SHINES on Purpose and asked my guest:

โ€œHow can I continue to serve you in your business?โ€

That question opened the door to a training inside her community and another potential collaboration.

No pitch.
No sales script.

Just relationship + conversation + curiosity.

That's what I mean when I say visibility should create opportunities.

And opportunity doesn't always mean client.

It can be a referral.
Collaboration.
Introduction.
Speaking invitation.
A new room.

Think about your last meaningful business conversation.

Did it end when the meeting ended?

Or did you leave space to discover what might be possible next?

What's one opportunity that started with a conversation you almost didn't have?

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™d look at first โ†“

Before creating more content, I want to know:
Whatโ€™s happening with the visibility you already have?

Because sometimes your social media is working.

People see you.
They engage.
They follow you.

But visibility is only the beginning.

The question is: Where does the movement stop?

Iโ€™d look at three things:
๐Ÿญ. ๐——๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—–๐—ข๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฅ
Are the right people finding you?

Are they engaging, responding, or starting conversations?

When someone is interested, is there an obvious next step?

Three different places where movement can stop.
Three different solutions.

And none of them are automatically solved by posting more.

Because visibility should lead somewhere:

So before you add another platform, strategy, or three more posts to your content calendar, figure out where the movement stops.

That will tell you what actually needs your attention.

Have you ever outgrown a version of yourself that everyone else still remembers?

Iโ€™ve been thinking about this lately.

We grow.

Our interests change.

Our experiences shape us.

We get clearer about what we want.

And sometimes we quietly become a different version of ourselves before the people around us realize it.

I think this happens in business too.

You can spend years becoming known for something.
People trust you for it.
They refer you for it.

They introduce you as:

โ€œOh, you need to talk to her. Sheโ€™s the one whoโ€ฆโ€

And then one day you realize...

Not because the old work was wrong.
Youโ€™ve simply grown.
Your expertise has deepened.
Your vision has expanded.

And now the way people see you needs a little time (and intention) to catch up with who youโ€™ve become.

I can relate to this one personally.
My own work is evolving too.

Iโ€™m thinking less about visibility simply as posting and content...

and much more about how visibility creates relationships, conversations, opportunities, and ultimately revenue.

It doesnโ€™t mean Iโ€™m leaving everything Iโ€™ve done behind.
Iโ€™m building on it.

And maybe thatโ€™s the reminder:

Sometimes youโ€™re simply allowing people to meet the next version of you.

So Iโ€™m curious...

09/01/2026

I had one of those moments on a client call recently that stayed with me.

My client was telling me about running into a woman she hadn't seen in years.

The woman stopped her to say thank you.

She remembered conversations they'd had years ago.
My client barely remembered them.
But this woman remembered the impact.

As I listened, I could hear the value of my client's work so clearly.

The interesting part?

She was having a harder time seeing it herself.
And I thought about how often we do that.
We dismiss the things that come naturally to us.

โ€œThat's just what I do.โ€
โ€œI've always been good at that.โ€
โ€œThat's nothing special.โ€

Meanwhile, someone else is thinking...

โ€œYou have no idea how much that helped me.โ€

Sometimes we spend so much time looking for the next thing to learn, add, or become that we overlook what we've already spent years developing.

Your ability to listen.

To see what other people don't see.
To ask the right question.
To make the connection.
To help someone move forward.

Those things count.

And yes, when you're building a business, you have to learn how to put language around that value so other people can understand it.

But first, you have to recognize it yourself.

So I'm curious...

Weโ€™re always reaching for more.

But sometimes purpose asks us to look closer.

Who is already in front of me?
Who can I encourage?
Who can I serve?

Who can I leave better because our paths crossed today?

One person or 1,000.

The number changes.
The intention doesnโ€™t.
Thatโ€™s what showing up on purpose means to me.

Whoโ€™s within your reach today?

08/06/2026

You didnโ€™t hit the ceiling.

You reached the next floor.

And that new floor can feel uncomfortable.

Yesterday, I shared that many purpose-driven women already have the pieces:

The content.
The workshop.
The website.
The expertise.
The vision.

Whatโ€™s missing is often the system that connects them.

But during our mastermind conversation last night, we went deeper.

Because disconnected activity isnโ€™t always a strategy problem.

Sometimes, itโ€™s an emotional one.

You know the next level requires you to:
Share the idea.
Start the conversation.
Host the workshop.
Send the invitation.
Make the offer.

But those actions make your work visible enough to be judged.

So you plan.

Perfect.

And stay busy with things that donโ€™t require you to fully show up.

I know that feeling.

Every new level makes me a beginner again.

I donโ€™t have the confidence I had at the level I just mastered.

But discomfort doesnโ€™t mean Iโ€™m unprepared.

It means Iโ€™ve reached a new floor.

And I donโ€™t have to conquer the entire level today.

I just need enough faith to take the next small step.

Put the date on the calendar.

Tell someone about the idea.

Publish the post.

Make the call.

Small actions create momentum.

And this is where clarity matters.

When you know who youโ€™re called to serve, what they need, and how your work can help, visibility stops feeling like unnecessary exposure.

It becomes an act of service.

Inside the Boost Your Brand Visibility Workshop, weโ€™ll uncover whatโ€™s keeping you stuck, connect the pieces of your Visibility Ecosystem, and create your 30-Day Visibility Action Plan.

We begin in 5 days. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

If joining us feels like your next small step, Iโ€™ve shared the details on how to join us in the comments.

Whatโ€™s one small action you can take today?

P.S. Mine is in the comments. Now you have to share yours too. ๐Ÿ˜Š

07/14/2026

I used to scroll through other coaches' content and feel less than.

Not out of jealousy, it was quieter than that.

I would look at how clearly they communicated their value. How naturally they showed up. And something in me would quietly ask โ€” why can't I do that?

And then I would compare. My message to theirs. My presence to theirs. My progress to theirs.

What I didn't understand then is that comparison is one of the most effective ways to disappear.

Not because it's dramatic. Because it's so quiet.

You don't stop posting all at once. You start editing more. Saying less. Softening your edges until your content could have been written by anyone.

A different kind of invisible. right there in plain sight, but missing everything that makes it actually you.

What finally started shifting it for me? I'll share that tomorrow.

But first, where does your comparison spiral start? What is the trigger that pulls you out of your own lane?

What is the trigger that pulls you out of your own lane?

Name it.

Awareness is often the first step back to clarity. ๐Ÿ‘‡
