And to top it off, I was on the brink of burnout. Deep down inside I had the desire to shine too and I walked through the world feeling less than. Things began to change when I asked myself:
"What is blocking me from my next level of success?"

Fear...not just fear but my vulnerability in expressing my fears. I realized that my inability to be vulnerable created a wall between myself and my audience as well as my clients. Now like many of you, I am stepping out and willing to be fully self-expressed both in my written and video content. I have learned that the secret to engagement and attracting my divine client is my willingness to share the journey. Why is this important? We connect

Happy Holidays! 🎄

This Holiday Season feels a little different—and a lot more special. My daughter and her family are visiting me here in Maryland for Christmas, which is a big change from our usual tradition of me going home to St. Thomas for the holidays. It’s also the grandbabies’ first experience of winter! While it’s a far cry from the warm sands and familiar comforts of the Virgin Islands, having this time together is what truly matters.

Hearing my grandchildren’s laughter, sharing stories over dinner, and soaking in these moments has been a reminder of why I do what I do. My family is a big part of my “why.” They inspire me to keep building a life and business that allows me to show up fully for them while doing work I love.

Being away from home also means creating new traditions, ones that reflect where we are now in life. It’s a reminder that while the scenery may change connection, joy, and gratitude—stay the same.

Here’s my wish for you this season:

Take time to reflect on how your work allows you to support the people and moments that matter most. What traditions are you creating? How are you showing up for your “why”?

This year tested my faith, challenged my plans, and brought me back to what truly matters—serving from the heart and shining my light where it’s needed most. 💖

Like every other year, 2024 started full of excitement and big plans. My goals were set, and I was ready to make things happen. But let’s be real—just because you set the goals doesn’t mean the journey will be smooth. This year, I faced some of the biggest disruptions in my business that forced me to pause and get crystal clear on two things: Who am I here to serve? and How can I serve them in the best way possible?

What I discovered was powerful—I need to focus on the people who light me up, the ones who energize and inspire me to show up as my best self. I also realized that when I do the things I enjoy, I am happier and better equipped to create real impact. That clarity shifted everything. It allowed me to see opportunities that were right in front of me but that I might have overlooked before.

The journey of entrepreneurship is a faith walk. There’s no map, no guaranteed results, and definitely no perfect plan. But what I’ve learned is that trusting the process while aligning with my purpose makes all the difference.

Here’s the thing—I know all to well that nagging thought of, What if I give this my all, and it still doesn’t work?

It’s overwhelming, and I’ve been there.

But this year, I leaned into that fear and discovered something: when you focus on serving from your heart and stay true to who you are, the path begins to unfold in ways you couldn’t imagine. The breakthroughs come, the connections happen, and the impact you’re here to make becomes clear.

To my community, my Superstars, you are why I keep showing up. This year, whether you are a member of my mastermind, Social Media Saturdays Community, or left a comment on a post, shared your story, or simply showed up for yourself, know that you are making a difference. You inspire me daily to be better, do better, and serve better.

As we close out this year, I encourage you to reflect on your journey. Celebrate your wins, honor the lessons, and trust that you are exactly where you need to be.

Let’s stop right there. If you’ve ever thought this, trust me—you’re not alone.

I used to scroll through social media, see people with massive followings, and think, “If only I had that many followers, THEN I could start attracting the right clients.” But here’s the truth: It’s not about how many people are in your audience—it’s about how clearly you’re speaking to the ones who are already there.

Once I shifted my focus, everything changed:

✨ I stopped worrying about numbers and started connecting deeply with the people who needed me most.

✨ My small, engaged audience became the foundation of my business because they valued my expertise and trusted my guidance.

💡 “I𝗳 𝗜 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.”

Let me ask you something—does this thought ever cross your mind?
For the longest time, it was my reality. I thought keeping my options wide open and saying yes to every opportunity was the only way to grow. Turning someone away? That felt like I was turning down potential success.

But here’s what actually happened:
✨ My message became scattered because I was trying to speak to everyone.
✨ I ended up working with clients who didn’t align with my vision.
✨ And instead of feeling fulfilled, I felt drained and overwhelmed.

🌟 𝗛𝗲𝘆, 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁.🌟

Do you ever feel like you need to say yes to everyone just to keep your business afloat? Like you need to show up for anyone who comes your way because that’s the only way to grow?

I know that feeling all too well. Early in my journey, I believed the same thing. I thought, “If I just cast the widest net possible, surely I’ll attract the right people.”

But instead, here’s what happened:
✨ My message got lost because I was trying to speak to everyone.
✨ My work became exhausting because I was taking on clients who weren’t aligned.
✨ And my confidence took a hit because I wasn’t seeing the impact I wanted.

Here’s what I’ve learned: Success isn’t about serving everyone—it’s about connecting deeply with the people you’re meant to serve.

When I defined my Divine Client—the people I’m divinely called to serve—everything changed:
🌟 My marketing became focused and effortless.
🌟 My conversations felt authentic and meaningful.
🌟 My business finally aligned with my purpose and values.

✨ So here’s my reminder for you today: You don’t have to serve everyone to be successful. Your Divine Clients are out there—people who resonate with your story, value your expertise, and are waiting for you to show up for them.
