The Guardian Express is a Clark County newspaper that offers its readers relevant news, commentaries, and amusement to inform, inspire and enhance the quality of life for members of our culturally diverse community. ’s possibilities. The People’s Business radio show is solely owned by Gotta Niche Media Group. Our show is broadcast live on
KDWN AM720 every Sunday Morning between 10 and 11 o’clock. We primarily discuss issues that impact the lives
of our loyal listening audience who primarily reside in Las Vegas and well as Summerlin, Green Valley, Seven Hills,
Anthem, Centennial Hills, the Black Mountain area, Sun City, West Las Vegas, Sunrise Mountain, and Henderson. Since KDWN is a 50,000 watt AM radio station, The People’s Business can be heard in 12 states, they are: Nevada,
New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, British Columbia, and
Mexico. AM radio usually attracts white males 35 and up, however, the People’s Business has transcended this statistical
norm by providing original programing during the second segment of its broadcast day. During this time slot, the
People’s Business features an original show called Radio Apprentice, a contest aimed at crowning the next up and
coming talk show talent in Southern Nevada. Since its launch, listenership has grown to provide the station with a
uniquely broad audience which includes both male and female and an age group ranging from 20 to 65. In addition, our radio show’s attractiveness is enhanced through its sister company “The Guardian Express” print
newspaper, which enjoys a circulation of 22,000 per week. The Guardian is distributed by 24/7 distributing,
reaching the bedroom communities of Summerlin, Green Valley Seven Hills, Anthem, Centennial Hills, the Black
Mountain area, Sun City, West Las Vegas, Sunrise Mountain, Henderson, and the general Las Vegas community. These communities are our target audience, and we believe that they are also the audience which our advertisers
most desire to reach.
