If the fist shooter failed, the second one would walk over and put a second round in to the victim. The third element ( not always there) had a fully loaded gun and would watch out for on lookers or would kill the assassins if they failed or where recognized. This last bit was shared with me by a contemporary of Medina that I recently got to talk to. ⁣ ⁣ When Medina was released he immediately got killed by fellow gang member that heard about his interactions and this filming.
