So, I think I am ready to release this mix. Maybe late tonight, maybe tomorrow. Of course none of the songs are mines its just a mix of laid back music from artist you know and don't know with songs you recognize and don't recognize. To be completely honest, I make these mixes for me, but I love to share it with the few that have always enjoyed my mixes. If you work in an office space or public area, you can play it not having to worry about any bad words or lyrics that might get you called to HR. Anyways look for it soon. Thanks

It's been 3 years since I released a Rhythm and Grooves mix. I have finished putting one together and hope to have it out within the week. R&G has evolved since its beginning, but one thing has stayed the same is the sound which makes you just want to enjoy the moment you are in NOW!! Its a combination of Jazz, R&B, and Neo-Soul wrapped up in melodies that will make you want to live in the utopia of love. Get ready!!
