You may have seen me thrift this lovely Loretto, Jemez Pueblo, New Mexico Pottery Bowl for $0.99 at Goodwill in my August 8, 2022 video which I will link down below. Tragically, someone had tried to peel the Goodwill price sticker before me, and when I removed it, the paint and signature came off with it, leaving raw pottery behind. In this YouTube Short, I show you how I manage to peel the Goodwill sticker from the original paint and signature and salvage the integrity of this beautiful signed piece.

I was so fixated on a lovely blue pottery plant saucer, that I didn't see it until it was right under my nose! The artists style is unmistakeable and excitedly I recognized it as a piece on my BOLO, (my Be On the Look Out for) list. I used to visit this Savers location at least twice a week and treasures I found there stocked a good portion of my Ebay store. I have since moved and it is no longer close to my home, but since I was in the area and had a couple of hours to spare, I went in to see what I could find. This Savers is famous for its impressive "Baggie Wall" where smaller items are lotted up, baaged up and hung up on the wall. Its the beginning of February and its warmed up considerably in Las Vegas. Instead of the 40 degree temperatures we were having in January, today was 62!
