Oh, no!!! It’s the LAST day of National Pasta month!!! But fear not, D**k fans. For Day 31, we proudly feature Chef Alicia’s latest and possibly greatest pasta recipe, Tagliarini al Limone.

We are totally enamored by its simplicity! In the North of Italy, tomatoes are far less prominent and cream and butter take center stage.

To think that all you need for a luscious sauce is cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, some grated Parmesan and some fresh basil… well, we are not entirely surprised.

For Day 18 of National Pasta Month, we have a special treat: Rigatoni Cordon Bleu!! If you follow Chef Alicia, you probably know that she has a LOT of cordon bleu recipes, including a killer breaded (yep, she breaded her bread!!) grilled cheese. Today, enjoy some pretty riggies!

Two takeaways: béchamel is for suckers and rigatoni are super cute when they are standing up. This beauty features baked rigatoni filled with ham and a cream sauce made with just cream, garlic paste, Dijon, and cheese. See how simple that is? Who needs a roux? Honestly.
