Depression is a real thing. Overcoming it takes strength, determination and support. This message is about my recent experience as I battled it for some time.

Some are gonna say “this post is totally out of your character” and they might be right. But I post this for a reason tonight.

6 months ago my world collapsed. A divorce that took me breath away. On top of that, the past 21 months have been a total rollercoaster, not just for me, but for so many. The past 3 months I finally did something about it. I got my ass out of a deep depression, determined to get healthy and fit again.

Let this post show you if you are suffering from the same thing that you can do something about it. I’m very proud of my results and continue to work out daily. I call my mom and tell her I love her daily, and of course I cannot thank enough my friends and family for being there for me through this crazy transition. I’m alive and back to me! Today marks the end of my depression… only you have the power to get it gone and done! Enjoy your weekend! I know I will be.

God bless you and thank you for the hugs, support and reminding me that I am something, because you are too. Thank you. 😃

A touching moment from the in Plumas County California which has burned nearly 730,000 acres as of this afternoon. Two weeks ago the town of Chester was saved by a strong firefight as residents were allowed back late last week. We applaud all of the hard efforts by these firefighters that are working non-stop to save what they can. Our heart goes out to all residents who are effected by these horrific disasters as we pray for a quick miracle to distinguish these fires. 🙏

We have just learned that and music festivals will not be taking place in April. Riverside County Public Health Officer Dr. Cameron Kaiser signed an order Friday forcing the cancellation of both annual events, citing the "fall resurgence of COVID-19 both within the county of Riverside and worldwide."
