Today marks day 643 since our kidnapping by the ATF/NYSP under false pretenses. Today we humbly approach the orgs of the Second Rainbow Coalition and those with complimentary missions with a request for support in our battle against the police state and its organized criminals hiding behind a badge!

"Dear esteemed comrades of the 2nd Rainbow Coalition,
All Power! We, the Workers Assembly of the Red Right Hand Rifle Syndicate LLC, write to you as proud members of an intersectional Black, Romani, Jewish, q***r, and women-owned, 100% worker-owned arms dealership. Our mission has always been to serve the People in the spirit of Hampton and Brown, offering free gun safety and emergency medical classes to our community and holding Mutual Aid as the cornerstone of our syndicate. Now we find ourselves in dire need of your support in a legal matter that has had a profound impact on our org’s mission, the community and our daily lives.
Our organization was targeted for destruction and we were subjected to a harrowing ordeal at the hands of New York State Police, ATF and the JTTF. They accused us of training a leftist militia, launching a raid to dismantle our enterprise and kidnapping half of the Syndicate's Workers Assembly using a Finger Lakes Railway train on Holocaust Remembrance Day 2022. While unlawfully imprisoned, our home and workshop were robbed of everything of value. We were erroneously charged with a staggering 116 Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the First and Third Degree counts. Malicious prosecution endured for over a year until the Ontario County Court Judge dismissed all 116 counts against us and found the ATF and NYSP guilty of 210.35 Sworn False Statements to the Grand Jury in the 2nd degree. These agencies had blatantly lied about our licensing, including our FFL08 import/export permit and AECA international military contractor status to secure a search warrant and indictment. Furthermore, the ATF and NYSP used a client's husband’s "immigrant" status (naturalized) as a pretext to rob her in her home, an act that constitutes a hate crime based on national origin in NY state. To date, the pigs assault has caused us over $100,000 in damages and forced us to survive without our Means thru 643 days of hell at the abusive hands of the police state. We came from homelessness and built something that benefited the community, survived a five-agency assassination attempt, and what we’ve gone through has forged us into a sword for the People. We are ready to be swung, and the shield of qualified immunity can’t stop us.
We have embarked on a legal battle to hold these fed and cop conspirators accountable for their actions, pursuing K*K Act civil rights and Hobbs Act violations (Interference in Interstate Commerce) claims against police. With our AECA credentials, we aim to target police department 1033 program armories as salable inventory, taking a bold stance against the militarization of these corrupt police departments by stripping them of Bearcats, sniper rifles and assault weapons. We can win, but need to call in the cavalry!
We approach the orgs of the 2nd Rainbow Coalition- the Poor People’s Army, Black Panther Party, the Brown Berets, the American Indian Movement, FURIE, New Era Young Lords, White Panther Party- and all other orgs with similar revolutionary missions with a humble request for your support in our fight for justice. Our workers assembly will happily share all documents and evidence with your leadership to verify what happened to us. As principled revolutionary orgs and advocates for justice, we hope that you will consider providing an Amicus Curiae or public statement in support of our case. Your orgs’ support would mean the world to us. We look forward to joining forces with the 2RC boots on the ground at the DNC/RNC marches, continuing to fight for social justice, to demilitarize and abolish the police, to uphold the principles of freedom and equality, and to keep putting in work to earn our place in the rainbow.
