I recently tried the UBE Cake at .lv , and it was absolutely delightful! The cake itself was so good and had a beautiful purple color. The flavor of Ube, a Filipino purple yam, was rich and distinct, with a subtle sweetness that wasn't overpowering. The icing was creamy and complemented the cake perfectly. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness, and I couldn't get enough.
