Good Morning Everyone. Thought I needed to introduce myself to those who don't know me. My name is Pete, I’m 54, been morbidly obese since the mid 90’s and been around 400+ lbs for most of the past decade. My worst was Sept 2020 when I was 440lbs.

My goal is 235lbs by June 20th 2023. I’m down 92lbs total (348) so almost 1/2 way to goal. I need to lose roughly 10lbs a month to hit goal on time.

Keto is the vehicle I’m using to get my caloric deficit and just recently got full release from my doc to go nuts. He wants me strength training, cardio and continuing to lose weight in order to avoid back surgery (Been battling a herniated disc).

I want your help to keep me accountable for two specific things. 1. I should be posting daily 2. I will weigh in every Wednesday. (Weigh in Wednesday’s). Y’all can join me in that if you like.

MILESTONE!!! I’ve surpassed 25% of my goal. September 2020 I weighed in at a whopping 440 lbs 😱 yesterday I hit 381 lbs or 28.7% of goal.

My apologies for the lack of documentation. I’ll get better but here are some before photos.
