❤️You are responsible for your own claims, please keep tabs as you go, so there won’t be any surprises when you get your invoice. Please keep shipping cost in mind when claiming❤️

SHIPPING and HANDLING COST
DOMESTIC:

🌸$10 small priority
🌸$12 small box via UPS (UPS only available for mainland Ohana)
🌸$16 medium priority box
🌸$22 large priority box
🌸XL packages will be $25 or more, but will be invoiced separately with what USPS or UPS

❤️FIRST CLASS PACKAGES ARE NOT INSURED ONLY PRIORITY AND UPS PACKAGES ARE INSURED FOR $100. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST (highly recommended for big ticket items)

All paid invoices ship Monday or Tuesday the following week. Tracking numbers are sent via email on file, if we do not have your email address please message us for tracking info.

❌We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.❌

Once package is shipped, it is out of our hands. Any shipping concerns must be addressed with courier. Claims usually need to be filed within 30 days of shipping. No refunds or exchanges unless item/items received is broken, defective or not working (not due to shipping). Please notify us within 7-10 business days of receipt to be eligible for store credit/exchange.
