Afternoon updates on the Ruidoso fires situation:

- Ruidoso Downs, which borders the Village of Ruidoso, is being ordered to fully evacuate due to the Salt Fire "making a run" at the city. Take no belongings, and leave ASAP!
- Some people didn't evacuate the village yesterday, despite an order to do so.
- Phone and internet are spotty or experiencing outages in the whole area due to the fires.
