Great Lakes Gospel Studio A Christian recording studio located in Lapeer, MI. We produce high quality Christian music. We have a very high-tech setup. We only record Christian music.

We produce quality Christian music at probably the most affordable prices you will find anywhere! We use Pro Tools 12 as our recording software. We can hand-tune every note you sing through Melodyne (not that you need it, of course!). We have state-of the art computers, interfaces, microphones, instruments, and more! We have a completely acoustically-treated facility. We have an excellent line-up

of talented staff and partners. Each is capable of playing a variety of instruments, and each has many years of experience in studio production. It’s always a good day when new gear arrives from Sweetwater Music (if you know, you know)!

Today I received my new stage keyboard. 🎹 It’s the Yamaha P-225, and my first impression is that it is awesome!

I will make sure to thoroughly sanctify it (aka “beat the Devil out of it”) in the coming days.

Had a great day in the studio recording demos with two of our past clients, Tom and Karalyn Lawler. They both have recorded solo albums at GLGS in the past, and Karalyn’s latest one will come out very soon.

They had both written songs for a songwriter contest, and needed demos made in order to submit their entries. Had a good time recording their music today, and enjoyed a lot of laughs while we were at it.
