I'm a learning, evolving photographer, I've had a camera in my hand since I was a child. I love to photograph everything, from people to scenery to documentary. I'm one to rush out and photograph something that I know won't be there forever. Photographing things that are threatened by mother nature or the wrecking ball, thus the name Photosonian. I've been published in two phone books, a few local

magazines, in the newspaper, I donate pieces to charity auctions, several pieces of my work grace the halls of a large office building and a few websites. I get paid to do what I love doing. I love taking senior photos, although I'm only able to take them outdoors at the moment. I'm having a lot of fun and I hope it shows.

Small little workshop barn that was located on Bill Carpenter's farm on Baldwin Road, where he operated Carpenter's Hadley General Store. He was well known for his love for the community and his chili. He passed in 2012, the farm eventually sold, and his little barn was torn down.

Mini historic town on the Sanford Museum grounds. It's like a miniature Crossroads Village. Open to walk grounds year round, interiors are open seasonally. Some buildings are set up so you can see inside and there's other open air displays. All are well marked for your self guided tour.

Pollinator house at Averill Preserve. Several of these can be found on the nature trails along the Tittabawassee River near Sanford. It's a neat little place with scenic river views. Pollinator houses are for solitary nesting bees.

One of my favorite buildings. I love how they decorate it for the holidays. It's the oldest courthouse still in use as a courthouse in Michigan. Berrien County's former courthouse is the oldest standing structure, but I believe it's a library now.
