Finally took the time to style my family room, and I have to say it feels so much better!

Before it was a chaotic space filled with all sorts of everything. Now it is filled with things that bring me and the rest of the family joy.

Sometimes things don't turn out the way you had hoped or dreamed or imagined.. If you had told me 18 years ago today that this is what my life would be like, I'd have laughed in your face. Real life things happen when we're working toward goals, or moving along our peaceful paths, or chaotically dancing across our stage.. And that's ok. Your life might not look exactly as you imagined it to be, but if you look closely, it's still beautiful. While we can't change our past or direct our future, but we can always learn from life's lessons. Love and light ✌🏻🫶🏻✨

We made it through another week! How was yours? I'm still trying to integrate working out into my daily routine. Eating better is going well, however during my time of the month, I still crave chocolate and soda, so there's that..😅 I think it's important to remember to listen to our bodies! Yes, I'm making positive changes in my eating habits, but that doesn't mean I'm going to hide in the corner and cry in shame because I ate a snickers and drank a soda. Instead I'm praising myself for the moments I chose better food, and the positive changes I HAVE made. It keeps the bigger goals realistic when we don't expect perfection. Life is messy. Chaotic. Unpredictable. Give yourself grace. Love and light✨
