Sis, I know no one is talking about this & it may seem weird BUT I am your favorite yoni practitioner for a reason.😌

I teach and support you on all the "uncomfortable" conversations we don't like to have when it comes to being a woman, one being our period.

But listen to this, before getting a yoni steam, one of the things to consider is when is your next cycle?

1. Depending on the blockage, you could experience cramping if you steam too close to your period.

THIS IS WHY CONSULTATIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND YOUR PRACTITIONER SHOULD ASK THIS QUESTION.

One of the major benefits of steaming is a pain free period. That's the goal and objective. So, we don't want the opposite to happen.

TIP: Be open in your consultations no matter the service, the consultant is always searching to solve or resolve the reason you're there. 🤎
