We provide a valuable resource for people who need help achieving their dreams, not just for their career, but also for their family’s future. We’re trailblazers who aren’t afraid to take risks. We’re architects who build highly specialized web platforms. We’re scientists who experiment until we find the right solution. We’re individuals whose independence doesn’t stifle our desire to collaborate. Our work isn’t the only reason we get out of bed in the morning; it’s also our team. It’s the coworkers who become family over potluck breakfasts, Jungle room meetings, pool table competitions, and team lunches. We find joy in the happy hour toasts, the office field trips, the themed parties, and the office camaraderie. Now, it’s a new era for TrackFive. As we progress toward our next decade, we believe the best is yet to come. We’re no longer a small startup holding our breath with hopes that our product succeeds. We have industry awards, accolades, and hundreds of happy clients that prove we are making a difference in people’s lives. We are ready to take our stand in the world and move forward. BIG NEWS at TrackFive! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that Aarin Seprinski has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking an exciting milestone for our company and one of the most well-deserved leadership advancements yet.

Aarin joined TrackFive back in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in finance and human resources. Before her time with us, she excelled as CFO at Bellco FCU and later as HR Director at Lebanon FCU. At TrackFive, her journey began as Executive Administrator, where she spent three and a half years making a huge impact before stepping into the role of Executive Vice President. Over the past seven years, Aarin’s dedication, strategic vision, and ability to create meaningful change have been instrumental in TrackFive’s success—and we couldn’t be more proud to see her step into this critical leadership role.

As COO, Aarin will now oversee TrackFive’s daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure collaboration across all departments. Her leadership will help accelerate our growth while staying true to the vibrant culture and values that make TrackFive so unique.
