2 men sought in robbery at The Forks
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding two men who robbed a local convenience store at gunpoint: https://bit.ly/36DwAOx
According to a release, two men entered The Forks store at Memorial Park Road and Grace Avenue shortly before 7:30 p.m. Sunday, pointing a handgun at two employees and a customer who was checking out.

Car plows through the Energy Center

The car went about 70 feet into the store before stopping, barreling through nearly 30 appliances and damaging 10 of them beyond repair.
Energy Center owner Doug Crenshaw and his employees were still cleaning up the mess on Friday.
His daughter, Andrea McIsaac, was directly in the path of the vehicle when it came flying into the store. She was nearly pinned between the store counter and a column. She suffered minor injuries.
Teresa Guenther's 2nd graders had an auction this morning, as part of a Junior Achievement class. Auctioneers Larry Cauthen and Richard Patterson handled the bidding wars, and Doug Barfield with the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office kept the crowd civil. (His voice is heard at the end of the video)

Former educator T.T. Barnes dies at 92
T.T. Barnes died Dec. 22. He was a 33-year educator in Lancaster County and inducted into the LCSD Hall of Fame in 2006 - the third black educator to be inducted. Barnes worked to integrate schools in the 1970s.
