Market Update Monday! Over the last week Cuyagoga County saw 340 homes go under contract. The overall numbers are pretty similar to what we were seeing last month, although the year over year median price is up a bit more. Interest rates have started to drop, so it will be interesting to see just how that impacts things the rest of the summer.

Market update Monday! Over the last week in Cuyagoga County we saw 242 new homes hit the market and 448 home go under contract. The total inventory is sitting at about 3 months worth of inventory.

We are still seeing some homes go under really quick and others sit on the market a little longer. So - If you are a buyer, there’s some opportunity in out there with the 100 price reductions across Cuyahoga County last week.
