We start off 2025 looking back. Simply put, people that do not understand or know their history are forced to repeat it. In Lakewood, that would seem to be an endless loop.

It's Back! and anyone can win. The Lakewood Observer Holiday Home Decorating Contest is on! So keep an eye out, and nominate some of your favorites. You can nominate 3 different homes a day until the 17th. Then we will all vote for our favorites. 1 person nominating, and 1 voting will be chosen for a special prize. The top 8 homes will get prizes from our advertisers, and appear in the January paper.
