“The new and updated Geko gloves are purpose-built for technical ice climbing and alpinism in any conditions. The Geko Ice Pro continues to be the best-seller and the preferred glove for top end ice climbers all over the world. The relaunched Geko Hot, Geko Guide and Geko Alpine take the dexterity, fit, grip and protection that C.A.M.P. gloves are known for into the alpine for next level performance in mountain terrain.“

“In Alaska, there is no right to exist. In fact, we shouldn’t be here at all. In the warmest parkas available, we shiver and shake, trying to wrap our brains around the all-encompassing intensity of the winter here.”

In April 2023, skiers Connor Koch, Jonny Morsicato and Mitchell Quiring ventured into the heart of the Alaska Range for a 2-week expedition. They battled storms, weathered extreme cold, and skied incredible snow in the shadow of America’s tallest peaks.

Working alongside Dakota Lithium, the team brought out a Powerbox 135 solar generator and a newly developed 180 watt solar panel, the Solar 180. Extensive usage and testing were done — the team notes that the equipment was critical to completing production of this film while on the remote Alaskan glacier.

A massive congratulations to , who just successfully finished her journey to run across Montana. Something tells us she’s just getting started. Here’s her reflection from the experience:

“Re-entry. 2 weeks since I’ve ran 475 miles through my home state and the run itself continues to develop and grow into things deeper and bigger than I thought possible. The reality of it is sinking in and the fact that I pulled it off.

I’m not a professional runner nor athlete, just a girl who feels alive when she runs and who wants others to feel the same.

I’m honored that people followed along and hopefully, that some of you got inspired to find your own “run”.

Re-entry into the real world has felt like breathing underwater. The 24 days of running changed so much of myself, mostly on the inside. Integrating the old with the refined feels unnatural.

I miss running, I miss living in a van. I miss the chaos and comfort of only running ~24 miles a day. But to keep running would be overdoing it. And holding on to the change and refinement - allowing it to spread into the “real” world and “normal” life is a necessary step in the process.

Big thank you to the companies and people who made the run a reality:

And more 🤍”

What a killer time at year 2 of ! We raced it last year in a double header with the Grodeo, and were so impressed with the course and event that we teamed up with and Mike Brumbaugh to promote the race!

Year 2 featured a deep field of pros fighting for a serious prize purse (10+ Lifetime athletes!), more gnarly singletrack, stellar weather, and of course our unique Ibex Award for the final finishers. We had an incredible day documenting, watching riders duke it out for the top spots and battle their minds and bodies on a high altitude course with a whole lot of climbing. We also saw a ton of friendly faces from Colorado and beyond, and truly enjoyed the community feel at the expo, where every finisher was cheered in by the Bighorn team.

Promoting Bighorn was a huge opportunity and yearlong effort for our team at Coyote. After athlete outreach, social media, and branding work were all in the books (thanks for some killer posters and design!), we spent race day doing what we do best: working on the move. drove the ranger and managed the cable camera, filmed and shot athlete interviews, and photographed the entire race start to finish, capturing the essence of Bighorn Gravel.

Mike and Jake have created a special gravel event; in a time where it seems like there’s a new race cropping up every week, they have put together a race that stands out a truly embracing the “Spirit of Gravel.” Registration for 2024 is open now for alumni. Stay tuned for updates and public registration for year 3!

"This walk was a journey of discovery, a chance to explore a region of the world that is both beautiful and complex. It was a journey that took us through diverse landscapes, vibrant cultures, and a wide range of experiences that will stay with us forever." Becca Boylan is about to run across Montana - nearly 600 miles in 30 days. This isn’t just another athletic feat, though: she’s doing it to heal her own pain and connect with others after her mother’s cancer diagnosis.

“The ranching Boylan family has represented hard work, determination, and Montana grit for 5 generations, so when Valerie Boylan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, it was just another barrier to break through. Becca became the primary caregiver during her mother’s treatment, clinging to her Montana values and emerging on the other side with a new perspective on the precious nature of life, as well as an insight for anyone facing emotional pain and uncertainty: eventually, everyone will struggle in the face of something bigger than themselves.”

We are proud to support Becca's project. To learn more, donate, and sign up to run, follow the link in bio!!

JUST ANNOUNCED! | BIGHORN GRAVEL RECON RIDES | MAY 6TH | 10 AM | RSVP to reserve your spot!

Come for a scenic spin, and leave with critical course beta that will give you a leg up on race day. We’ll be exploring portions of the 85-mile and 50-mile courses, and will divide into smaller groups depending on turnout and which course you’re interested in checking out. Stick around afterwards for a short tech clinic from our partners, including some exclusive tech info to prepare you for riding in the backcountry. Our friends at The Feed will provide some complimentary nutrition and hydration, so show up hungry! Although these rides will move at a casual pace, don’t underestimate the technical terrain, including steep pitches and a bit of singletrack – 38mm+ tires recommended! Both rides start and finish at the Gypsum Rec Center, and will depart at 10am on May 6th. These rides are open to the public, and free of charge! Make sure to RSVP below to reserve your spot.

Recon Ride #1: This ~50 mile ride follows the start of our Ram’s Horn Escape 85-mile race route, including the menacing Red Hill climb. Plan for around 4500 feet of climbing, finishing with a 17 mile descent back into town. We’ll ride at a casual pace with some regrouping opportunities along the way.

Recon Ride #2: This ~30 mile ride is suited for riders interested in checking out our Little Bighorn 50-mile course. Plan for around 2800 feet of climbing, finishing with a 17 mile descent back into town. We’ll ride at a casual pace with some regrouping opportunities along the way.

Promising innovation for runners, adventurers and athletes of all sports, has not so quietly ascended to the throne in the GPS watch and fitness metrics world. Partnering with world-class athletes like Eliud Kipchoge (who wore the Pace for his world record marathon), trail and mountain legend Kilian Jornet, and Olympic Bronze Medalist Molly Seidel, COROS is the hottest brand you can strap on your wrist.

We’ve been COROS users, testers, and supporters since the early days, so when they reached out to team up for a new product launch, we were thrilled! For part 1 of the launch, we hit the trails with local pro runners Marquis Bowden and Hannah Allgood, testing the new hardware and software 1-2 punch offered by the Apex 2 line.

"Heavy Water is not just about coffee. It's about using coffee as a catalyst to bring together meaningful community. Whether that's a coffee mid ride, post run, or pre ski. We want to help fuel the adventure.""

Our friend has been quietly building his coffee dreams into reality, starting with curated, small batch beans from ethical farms, roasted by hand in Los Angeles. He's on the verge of opening his first shop in the heart of LA, while waiting on his first baby with his lovely wife – show Tim some love and buy some beans and merch.

No roads lead to Vestmannaeyjar: commuters and tourists alike must take the Herjólfur ferry off the southern coast of Iceland to access the Westman Islands. The 45-minute journey carried us through icy teal ocean water, past the cusp of impossibly steep cliffs, and through a Beluga whale sanctuary, before dropping us off right in the middle of the fishing village Vestmannaeyjabær. With only 4 hours of daylight to work with, we had to move quickly to make the most of the day. We trekked the perimeter of the island and enjoyed a fresh plate of fish and chips, then returned to the harbor which would lead us back to the mainland. tough packs kept our gear organized, allowing us to be as efficient as possible for our most memorable excursion of our Iceland trip.
