The Specter 2 is the gem you’ve been waiting for! It’s light w/a low drop and is all PEBAX, no plate! It’s surprisingly good at slower paces and unsurprisingly good when dropping the hammer!

The Ultraboost 5X has been a shoe I have loved to lace up, and that hasn’t been true of previous Ultra Boosts! The UB5X stays true to the classic while bringing a total redesign. 😁 The UB5X gives runners more of what they want; a lighter more responsive shoe!

’s two phenomenal new are both worth considering: the Valkyrie Elite Carbon and the Valkyrie Speedworks. One is a “super shoe” the other is not, but don’t base which one you need on those labels. Check out my comparison video on YT.

Tiny laps on the tiny track aboard . While I feel like I should be doing more, like specific workouts, I’m actually happy to have just been consistent with easy while on vaca. Today’s shoe choice of the Mach 6 was a good one; they’re super comfortable and light and feel good at all paces!
