Stew Studios is a music recording studio dedicated to providing musicians and bands with a place to capture their unique sound without breaking the bank! Managed by MikeL Perkins and Scott Stewart, Stew Studios records your project with the same passion you had in writing it. Located in the woodlands of Washington near Lake Stevens, gives you a peaceful and comfortable surrounding in which to conc

entrate on your craft. If you've ever worked with a burnt out engineer in an overpriced studio, who slaps some compression on your mix, seems more concerned about time and payment than your actual product, and hands you a half-done Cd at $50 an hour...then you know exactly what we are NOT!!! Not only has our head engineer, MikeL Perkins, worked in many studios along side legendary producers like Jack Endino and David Maloney, but he is also a full-time musician in the band Maklak. Stew Studios features: a musicians insight, hi-end equipment, and a critical ear to help capture the landscape or your music...at more than half the price of that guy who just got protools on his wifes computer and thinks he knows how to record your music. We love working with starting bands to put out their first album, or doing pre-production on a seasoned pro's 5th album; and everything in between.
