Finishing 2023 Strong!

Last month, our team had the privilege of partnering with a major client to deliver an exceptional user conference experience in Las Vegas.

We transported equipment from our California warehouse in six semi-trucks and collaborated seamlessly with local resources on setup and logistics.

With a 60-person plus crew on site, we utilized state-of-the-art Ross and Barco solutions to provide flawless AV support across over 75 breakout rooms, multiple keynotes, and exhibit floor activations for the over 16,000 attendees.

An event of this scale presents unique challenges, but our experienced team thrives when tackling the complex and unexpected, viewing obstacles as opportunities to demonstrate expertise, resourcefulness, and passion for innovative problem-solving.

At VCI, we take great pride in crafting personalized event experiences that exceed our clients' vision and energize their audiences.
