Gentle giant shot and killed by Elsinore police unjustly

On Sept. 27,2011 Our Dogue de bordeaux was shot and killed by two investigators from Lake Elsinore, Ca. How bad the corruption along with such evilness in the police force here is just insane. I just dont understand how one can just shoot to kill, and still be able to sleep at night, knowing that our sweet boy Capone as well as our sweet boy Dooley (who survived thanks to my husband refusing to

let go of him as ordered). that neither of our dogs were aggressive, not one growl, not one bark NOTHING ! Just happy that the door was opened running past these officers standing on our front porch into their own front yard. Capone was faceing away from them (perpindicular) sniffing his own yard to go potty when he was shot and killed. There are so many lies in the media (by police statements) how Capone charged them! The door was kicked open, they did not have a search warrant for 4.5 hrs later and Capone did not charge anyone, much less even acknowledge their presence. Just a big ol happy boy sniffing his own front yard when he was so unjustly shot and killed for no reason at all!
