Patrick Rossiter Jr. has officially joined the Elite RC Productions team! With a wealth of experience in RC racing spanning many years, Patrick has competed across various disciplines, including oval, on-road, and off-road racing. Currently, he holds the title of Florida RC Champion in Pro Nitro Truggy and 2WD Shortcourse.

In his new role, Patrick will contribute to the media side of our operations, specializing in sideline track interviews. We're thrilled to welcome " Squirrel" to the crew welcome aboard, Patrick!

We're thrilled to kick off the first big 1/8th scale event of the year, the 2025 Southern Indoor Championship , bringing it to you live! The Elite team will set up on Thursday, featuring Lefty the Great on commentary, Gene Shrout behind the camera, and Dany capturing photos and videos. Lance will take charge as the race director, while Patrick will handle pit interviews.

Lance and Patrick are already on-site, and the rest of the team will be traveling tomorrow. We’ll go live on Friday to cover open practice, so be sure to tune in!

Plus, we’re excited to announce that Waffle for RC kits will be available online at elitercp.com. Don’t miss your chance to join in waffles go live soon!

What a great start for Dakotah for 2025.

Congratulations and we are excited to apart of your new start.

Got some rest after getting home at about 4am from this year’s Clash of Champions! Hope everyone was able to make it home safely and beat the storm.

This would mark my debut race for a lot of new companies in 2025 so the mix of excitement for a fresh start and nervous at the same time was at an all time high. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with my new program and I can’t wait to get some more time on everything to dial it in!

I started off the weekend with great speed in practice with the main goal of just being comfortable and learning how the new Xray cars worked. We made a few small changes but the cars were very easy to drive right off the bat. The whole Xray/RC America team worked fantastic together, especially with all of the new additions for 2025. Special thanks to Chickie for all of the time that he put in to building my cars and making sure our starting setup was on point.

Qualifying went really well for me as I was able to stay smooth and consistent in 2wd to take all 3 quals and the overall TQ. The natural speed and ease of driving with the new Xray XB2 25’ played a huge part in this! In 4wd I had really good speed in Q1 but too many mistakes cost me time and I ended up with a 2 for the round. In Q2 we made some changes to the car and I was able keep it clean to end up Tq in Q2 and Q3 for the overall.

Going into the mains I knew it would be a whole new game when it came to racing on this very flowing technical track. I had some clean runs in 2wd and was able to take the A1 and A2 to win for the overall. In 4wd my car was extremely good and I won A1. In A2 I made a small error that cost me big. Spencer and I had an awesome battle all race long which was really a ton of fun! I ended up 2nd and knew going into A3 I needed a clean run. I got off to a great start but I miss timed the berm section and clipped the pipe dropping me down a ways. Not where I wanted to end up but 2nd overall in 4wd was a great start to the year.

I’m pretty pumped on how the weekend went as a whole and I can’t thank everyone enough for all of the support showed. My RC America backed Xray cars were amazing all weekend long. My new Cayote and Gens Ace electronics package was super smooth paired up with NitroPro servos and flysky radio. Thanks to Jason for the JConcepts support over the years at all of these events and a fantastic tire program.

Next up is SIC later this week for my 8th scale debut!
