Shamanic work, such as soul retrieval, helps people come back to themselves, reconnecting with all the parts they've lost, forgotten, denied or disowned.

I offer shamanic healing, soul retrieval, and shamanic training. I've written several books and created a number of recordings. ent to my own growth and healing. As a former mechanical engineer, I have always understood the necessity of system integrity. The human spirit is a highly complex system, which can break down in complex and subtle ways. Much of my shamanic work is oriented towards wholeness. I help people find their way back to themselves, all the parts they've lost, forgotten, denied and disowned. I love the elegance, simplicity and power of soul retrieval. It is deeply rewarding to know that an hour of my time is often life changing for my client, affording them unprecedented levels of wholeness and right relationship to the universe.

Worthiness and Deserving- Potential Energetic Traps

Some of the catch phrases like “I deserve” and “I have trouble knowing my worth” can take people further away from the experience they want to have rather than closer. They can turn us towards inner work that won’t produce the results were hoping and, worst case, can bolster a story that we’re entitled to things we’re truly not.

In this podcast, I explore some alternate perspectives that I believe will help have more success in having the things that are important to you. The notion of “win-win” or “no deal” is an important concept in all kinds of human relating. And being able to discern and implement that approach quickly and efficiently saves us a lot of time so that we can move towards people and situations that are available to meet us in a way that authentically works for us.

In past lives, we tended to place energetic bindings on the oaths and vows we swore. These could be vows of marriage, chastity, or poverty. In each case, there were energetic structures put in place to hold us to the vow. Often those past life promises are disruptive to our contemporary experiences. So, it’s wise to clear them and free ourselves. In this podcast I teach more about how this works as well as ways you can be free of this energy- either with help or as a DIY project.

Episode 80- Navigating Feedback and Criticism If you’re hurt and angered by unsolicited criticism, you come by it honestly through human biology. It activates our instincts. In the modern world, we navigate so many intrusive opinions about how we live our lives coming from people who aren’t stakeholders in how we do life. Having a well-thought-out personal policy about who is and isn’t invited to give advice, feedback, reflection, or criticism is useful in being able to navigate these situations effectively. Then we can fast track soothing our instincts and coming back to center, rather than ruminating on triggered, distorted reflections from unqualified sources. In our important relationships, it is vital to understand how we impact the other person directly, but we can still have boundaries about what opinions beyond their direct experience are invited.
