“‘We respect that many people do not wish to view sexually explicit material so we were clearly disappointed to see that the prosecution in this case has entered into evidence sexually explicit images from our videos,’” said Gow.

“Gow strongly criticized the prosecution’s case, even accusing the UW System of placing falsehoods in the investigative report. The report talks at length about how computers returned to UWL from Gow had information deleted from them, Gow countered by stating the computers were ‘seized’ from his office.”

"Moberg served as a College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities senator in UWL’s Student Association for the 2023-2024 academic year. A cause that held particular significance for him was his involvement in the Wellness Weekend Task Force, a committee dedicated to reimplementing a wellness weekend on the academic calendar."

“'Being able to be in that position and fight for students, even though it [establishing wellness weekend] didn’t turn out the greatest, it was really important to me and something I had the privilege of doing,' Moberg said."

"Balancing every aspect of college comes with defining priorities. Miller described her order as: your own health and wellbeing, then school and then work, in that order. She talked about how her priorities didn’t mean she couldn’t work while at school, and what she valued most was remembering that she was a human being first."

“'Just give yourself grace and… take care of yourself. You’re never going to be in college again and you have the rest of your life to work. Carve out the time for the concert, or going downtown, or whatever it is for you,' said Miller."
