Visiting author and daughter of former Kosciusko resident to hold book signing at The Star-Herald May 1 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
From staff and press reports
The Star-Herald will welcome rising young author Hannah Bree Campbell for a book signing event on Thursday, May 1, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at 104 North Jackson Street in downtown Kosciusko.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Campbell, enjoy refreshments and desserts, and purchase signed copies of her Eunoia series.
Campbell is the daughter of former Kosciusko resident Joel Campbell and granddaughter of longtime residents Kermit and Carolyn Campbell. She began writing her debut novel, Eunoia, at the age of 15 and completed its sequel, Metanoia, just one year later. The series, which has been praised for its emotional depth and richly developed characters, is set in the late 1800s and explores themes of personal growth, friendship, and resilience.
Campbell’s literary achievements have not gone unnoticed. Her work has been published in national young writers' anthologies and recognized in writing competitions across the country. She also attended a prestigious summer program at Yale University and currently holds the title of USA Ambassador Miss Florida Teen.
Both Eunoia and Metanoia are available online through major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Barnes & Noble.
Campbell’s creative pursuits extend beyond writing. She recently announced the upcoming launch of her fashion brand, HBCbyhannahbree, which is inspired by The Eunoia Series and the Victorian-era language of flowers. The clothing line, expected to debut in late spring or early summer, will include floral and vintage-themed dresses, skirts, pants, sweatshirts, and bags.
