Had such fun hosting this incredible group of attorneys and professionals through a tasting of MT wines. We all commit to never ordering just Pinot Grigio, Chard, Sauvignon Blanc, and instead looking for the appellation. We talked about the wonder of where wine comes from and the fascinating pleasure we get from taking a sip of a place.

This perfect organic winter white from Gaillac has a little "perlage" meaning that a few small bubbles swim through the wine, giving it a refreshing edge. It’s done in a natural way by bottling the wine at 90% fermented so it's somewhat of a "pet-nat light." Small family farm and totally pro-pollinator farming. It's true love ❤ MaryTaylorWine
