This quote is a powerful reminder for all writers. It's easy to get bogged down in the mechanics of writing - word choice, sentence structure, grammar - and lose sight of the bigger picture.

But when you truly connect with the underlying vision of your story โ€“ the emotions you want to evoke, the message you want to convey, the world you're building โ€“ the rewriting process becomes less about agonizing over individual words and more about shaping and refining the overall narrative.

Beloved clients and community, please keep Brittany Cline's parents, sister, family, friends, and her wonderful fiancรฉ Ben in your prayers as we all mourn the loss of this creative young woman. Brittany joined Crippled Beagle Publishing and Story Mountain Media as my executive assistant and a project manager, and she was an immediate boost to our team, clients, and me. I relied on her full-time, and I now miss her full-time. Many have asked about her obituary and plans for a memorial service. I have linked her obituary below. I think the best thing we, as a creative community, can do to honor Brittany is to mimic her behavior. Let's be kind, show patience, adapt with grace, embrace new experiences, love our family and friends deeply, live in faith, and keep creating and writing. Thank you to all of you for your understanding and patience with the team and me as we say goodbye to our colleague and friend, Brittany Alyssa Cline.
