****BIG ANNOUNCEMENT****

For 3 years, I have weekly poured my heart out into The Surviving Podcast. I’ve laughed, cried, and cussed. Hell, I’ve even repeated stories because, darn it, they are good stories 😂. In the beginning, I had friends reaching out to support me and share their journey to healing. This led to interviews outside of my home state, to every state in the US, to connecting with many different people from many different countries. I’ve been a guest on numerous platforms and made friends from all over the world. No matter the trauma, religious beliefs, political beliefs, race, or sexual orientation, I’ve been a part of sharing personal journeys & celebrating accomplishments. I’ve truly made a network of friends and supporters that have made my healing journey memorable, safe, heard, and honestly, fun. The platform I am creating is growing and changing along with me. Thursday is a big and exciting day for me. Surviving Podcast is transitioning, due to personal growth, into “The Process of Healing Podcast”. Don’t worry; all stories from Surviving Podcast can still be available. You won’t have to follow another page; everything will transition overnight on its own. Just don’t be alarmed by the name change and new logo.

The Process of Healing Podcast will feature celebrity guests, listener questions, stories personally written by me about my journey, and emails from listeners who have been inspired and proactive in challenging themselves.

Together, we will celebrate a new accomplishment each week in a segment called “Survivors Slay.” My favorite part of this change is that I will be joined by a cohost that some of you may already know, Susie Spencer. Her addition and insight is the missing piece to the puzzle.

On 8/29, an introduction episode will be released, and on 9/5, 3 full episodes will be released so you can get a taste of what’s to come. I can’t thank you all enough, and please welcome Susie to the show!
