Smoked Spatchcock Turkeys for Thanksgiving was a huge hit. This was a community outreach here in Knoxville TN and it's something we do every two weeks.
This was a Thanksgiving feast from a couple weeks ago.
Big shout out to Kairos & Crowd Cow for helping with turkeys and seasoning. The less fortunate were definitely thankful.

I believe that making and sharing food can be a powerful source of community support during times of trial.
