Here is what I use for my chili .. I brown ( 1 to 2 pounds) ground Turkey meat, the one with the higher fat content and then add it to these items in the big pot . Don’t drain the meat !
Let it bubble for a few minutes then let it simmer on low for 5-10 minutes ! Stir it while it is bubbling on medium heat.
