Svara Jam is back this Sunday, June 26th from 4-6 p.m at Renegade Yoga Center. This is a great opportunity to come out and jam with other musicians and singers. All skill levels are welcome! Cost is pay what you can. Please let us know if you have any question. We hope to see you all there 😊

We are happy to announce that Svara Jam sessions will now be pay what you can. With everything else in our lives becoming more expensive by the day, it only makes sense for the fun things to become more reasonable. Hope to see you there this Sunday, May 15th at 4 p.m!

Today we kick off our first jam session at 4pm!

Special Note:

Renegade has very nice matted floors and no shoes will be permitted in the studio. If your instrument has the potential to damage things it rests on please bring something appropriate to protect the floors.

Guitarist, bring your acoustic instruments only for now. I will discuss today how we will introduce amps.

Drummers, please bring only one drum from your set. However, bring as many djembes, tambourines, and cymbals as you would like. Our goal will be to get as much diversity in a two-hour window all while cutting down the time to set up.

You are more than welcome to bring multiple instruments if you would like. I will be bringing a few extra myself. In that regard please be respectful of others property and grateful if they let you use it. Instruments are not cheap and most of the time have dear memories tied to them making them irreplaceable.

Lastly, if you don’t mind, shoot me a message or comment in this post that you are coming and what instruments you will be bringing/playing. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask them. This will be greatly appreciated and will give me a heads up on what to expect. Can't wait to see everyone there!

With Svara Jam’s first session approaching, Sunday May 1st at Renegade Yoga Center, I wanted to give a deeper description of what you can expect. The main purpose of our sessions is for musicians of all types and skill levels to come together and experience music the way it was meant to be experienced, as a community. The spirit of music has vast potential, from growing love to building courage. It is why you throw your favorite song on in the car on the way to that job interview or to heal when you are going through tough times. Music is amazing that way, and it is even more amazing when playing and experiencing it with others. So, pick up your instrument and join us. Shake off your worldly problems, leave your ego at the door and have fun! Because, all while networking, jamming and creating music the true benefit of coming will be making friends and witnessing all of us grow through music as a community. We hope to see you there ✨
