Announcing a new data option from Rocket Science Integrated Digital

Starting November 1, Rocket Science ID can now provide targeted email and/or social media audience lists – no matter what the size....

For only $499.

That is 50% - 70% less than our competitors (Apollo.io; Versium; Zoominfo; etc.). These lists are verified monthly for accuracy, and come with the following:

• First name, last name
• Company email
• Personal email
• Company
• Job Title
• Company Address

A typical Direct Mail/Audience list from similar companies would cost .04 -.15 cents PER NAME, making a list of 40,000 highly targeted customers a $1,200 - $4,500 cost. Here are a few examples of how our clients are using this new service:

Client 1: A Realty Company wanted to market a $2.6 million spec home that they recently listed. They ordered a list that contained “all doctors, C-Suite executives (with $50M+ in company revenue) and venture capital executives” in the state where the home was listed, plus all realtors in the region. Total list size was over 100,000 names and emails. They did an eblast to the realtors, and loaded up the doctors, C-Suite executives and venture capital executives as an audience in Facebook, Google and Instagram, then put an ad in front of that audience.

Client 2: Another Realty Company had to replace their Transaction Coordinator and had no luck running an ad on Indeed. Since the position could be done remotely, they ordered a list of all Transaction/Closing Coordinators within a 3-hour radius, put an email together along with a Facebook and Instagram ad, and had 14 candidates apply within 3-days. On day four, they hired their new Transaction Coordinator. Total cost: $499 for the list and $150 for the ad (the hire came from the eblast, just fyi).

Client 3: A large builder in Texas wanted to bring in more business for their Interior Design Department. Congratulations to our client, Tennessee Land & Lakes, on their successful property release on Halloween eve.

Despite the weather not cooperating (heavy rain, blustery wind gusts, giant black cats…ok, maybe we’re embellishing just a bit), the team was able to sell 26 properties in a single day. Hats off to everyone for their hard work, diligent follow up and all the details required to bring such high-demand property to the market.

Our big takeaway….yes, real estate is obviously hot right now. But it still takes executing at a high level to turn curiosity into interest, and interest into action. It’s easy right now to “coast” because demand is strong, but those “coasting” actions can turn into bad habits before you even realize it’s happening.

So, make sure to inspect your process, actions, etc. Are you letting the good times lull you into complacency, or are you using it to fuel your creativity and strengthen your commitment to refining all aspects of your business?
