A big thanks to Casey from Cassidys who donated her Virtual Bartending funds to feed those on the frontline at Spohn Shoreline. We matched dollar for dollar and are able to provide pizza for 150 hospital personnel. The generosity of those during this time has been overwhelming and shows the heart of this community.

Love . . . 🎸❤️

“Love” is the word I would use to describe Jon Reyes. He was PURE love. Ask anyone who knew him. Ask anyone who had even just ONE interaction with him! He was nothing but good energy, compassion, and a smile that could light up even the darkest of venues. He was a fu***ng amazing human being.

It hurts knowing that the scene won’t be the same without him. My heart breaks for his family, his friends, his band A Means To An End, and everyone he was just beginning to grow on in his own unique, beautiful, Jon way.

I had the honor of seeing him perform once a few years ago, and damn. If only I could go back in time and appreciate what I had right in front of me. Jon was so much more than just a great musician. He was an angel walking the Earth and he wasn’t destined to be here long. 💔 I’ve never heard so many good things about a person like I’ve heard about Jon these last few days. The outpouring of LOVE is truly remarkable.

Thank you, Jon. In life, you brought people together and gave them the sacred experience of music. In passing, you brought people together and gave them the gifts of gratitude, remembrance, and inspiration. You will NEVER be forgotten, brother. ❤️

I’ll be having a few Budweisers and many, many tokes today in Jon’s honor.🤘🏼❤️
