Via Richard Gage: mainstream firefighting trade journal publishes article by retired Seattle senior fire caption asking the obvious. I can confirm the fireproofing applied to steel beams, visible in the photo of the WTC7 garage. It looked the same in the WTC1/2 garage, which I saw with my eyes. The asbestos coating looked much thicker in person than it does in the photo.

OK 2nd production week -- 32 bottles, two slightly different kinds of sauce. A bit stronger on the heat, and adding oregano and bay. Italian wine used instead of Sicilian, so this batch is called "Italian Wine Sauce." Next week a slight evolution and then we move onto peppers. (I have some help this year!)
