“Birth is a normal function of biology, NOT a medical emergency.”

This client was having her fourth baby at home after 1 vaginal and 2 C-Sections. She felt like it was her against the world…constantly being questioned by friends and family when she knew in her heart the birth she wanted and was capable of having.

Witnessing this amazing birth space, supportive husband, and loving family was a dream. Seeing mama bring her baby into the world physiologically without any intervention (although 20 mins prior to the birth she was requesting a c-section 😉) was very empowering. She let birth happen and welcomed whatever path her birth was going to take. She removed her fear surrounding birth and trusted her body. ✨

💫Total control is what this mama had during her birth last week. Even though her exact plan didn’t unfold the way it was written, the outcome was perfect because she was the decision maker.
💫 Feeling fearless, and in control of your birth is the most empowering for a new mom. It’s crucial to let go of the fear surrounding birth and know that you have choices. Birth shouldn’t be a cookie cutter approach. It’s sacred, it’s ceremonial and it’s beautiful. 💞
