To say we have been busy has been an understatement. However I wanted to do 2 things, 1 make sure that everyone of our customers, fans, employees, friends and family know how much we appreciate you, and how much we appreciate how much everyone has given of their time, funds, prayers, and of themselves to help us be one of the legs that has helped prop up a community in need during some of their darkest times. We could not have done it without each and every one of you.

(Personally I want to thank everyone for the texts, prayers, calls, and concern for my recent hospital stay. I helped more than anyone knows.) Everything is ok and we are back at it, we are working with a Sullivan West Volunteer Fire Dept to bring some Christmas Joy to local children in the coming weeks.

But 2nd and most importantly, I want to issue a challenge. Everyone of us are busy, most have moved into beyond busy over the next few weeks. But, take some time to affect someone through your actions, words, time, etc. It doesn’t need to be huge. Help some little lady load her groceries, have a short pleasant conversation with a stranger, buy someone’s coffee in line behind you, anything can be a pivotal moment in the day for someone going through something of which you have no idea. Your “good morning, how are you, I love your Christmas sweater.” May be the tipping point that changes someone’s day. SO, Over then next few weeks, seek out opportunities to be nice (of course try for year round, but make it a point through the holidays). I admit it can be easy to get in a hurry and just ignore everyone and everything around us, but you can be that little extra joy in someone’s season without even knowing it.

Donations can be dropped off during normal business hours Tuesday-Saturday from 11-7.
