I've been quiet for a while, but I've got the ball rolling on some projects, a few of which I'll be able to share. This is one of those! About a week ago I found this VHS tape along with some other odd stuff, and doing research it appeared it did not exist on the internet and is long out of print, so I fixed that. Please take thirty minutes to give this wonderfully weird documentary about wonderfully weird people a watch. You'll be glad you did. And tell a friend! Found this mysterious Europadisk test pressing at Webb Rd Flea Market near Salisbury NC. Shazam could not identify it and the runout matrix wasn't located on Discogs. Playing it reveals it's apparently Big Cap, and what sounds like Rev Run, though his name is never mentioned. There are mentions of Kings of Rock (and samples), as well as a Tougher Than Leather line, and it sounds just like him, so I think this is a safe assumption... But I can't find any info on it at all, so the mystery is not completely solved....

Hey! I know I've been missing, but I've also been super busy and hope to get back to having more time for this stuff soon! I also hope to be getting my hands on some stuff worth sharing in the near future too! But in the meantime, I found this CD at a local thrift store and ripped it for anyone that wants to give it a listen. There's Ukulele, Kazoo, and more! This is fun and likely a postmortem tribute, and exactly the kind of stuff I want to preserve!

Here's something really cool I helped clean up (mold won't stop me!) and transfer... Actual lost footage, unseen for years! This was a team effort, but so much fun to do, and I'm stoked that it's finally seeing the light of day. This project was actually what gave me the kick I needed to pick this digitizing stuff back up! More to come soon!

I had said I would post the Foo Fighters set from that same boot that the Mike Watt show came from, but upon a quick search, this much better version already exists! I had already digitized, so I may up load at some point just to preserve it for what it's worth, but if you wanna see it, this is the one you want to watch anyway. Supposedly this footage exists for the Mike Watt show too, but nowhere that I can find... only the audio already exists on youtube.

I've posted the second appearance of SJA at the Belmont Armory before, but I don't think I ever got around to this one. I didn't really touch the audio... not much you can do with it probably and honestly sounds better than it should considering it was in a freaking armory! This was my first band, and I get more proud of what we, along with Popes on Dope, did the older I get.

Not only am I digitizing bootlegs of bigger bands, but I'm also digitizing and cleaning up some local stuff as well! This one was previously uploaded a couple of years ago, but I've now cleaned up the audio and re-uploaded. Just another example of the stuff I'm working on over here!

Over the next few weeks, I'll be digging into some boots I have and digitizing them for preservation and to share! If the copyright holder allows use on YouTube (as is the case with this video), I'll share it that way, but in cases where YouTube will not allow me to upload, I'll put in a drive and post the link for download. Starting with Mike Watt, Eddie Vedder, and special guests in LA on 5.19.1995. I have not scoured all corners of the internet, but I was unable to locate this one online. I'll digitize the Foo Fighters set from this same night later in the week. Enjoy!
