Editor: I’m super supporting Jennifer Esposito for District 4 Board of Supervisors, smart America First Republican, she will fight for We The People, I have watched and heard her defend what is true. She was my passenger with me to The 2024 Arizona State Delegate Convention, I was blessed to receive much needed knowledge how things ran that day. I did not find her to be deceitful, but just the opposite. I also met her husband Jeff a good man, I spent around five hours at their mini farm in Golden Valley. While I welded panels on the coral, I got to meet a pony, two horses, a donkey and about a dozen very healthy happy pigs. The area were these little friends lived was very clean. Truly Jennifer is the best choice for District 4.

The fight to keep a proposed border initiative off Arizona's Nov. 5 ballot is not over yet.

Immigrant advocates kept the issue alive this week by filing notice to the state Supreme Court that they will appeal the judge's ruling.

PHOENIX — The fight to keep a proposed border initiative off Arizona's Nov. 5 ballot is not over yet.

Let’s cut through the noise and get to the heart of the matter. Robert J. Mawhinney Jr. is right in some respect: this election has been a spectacle of mudslinging and personal vendettas. But let’s be clear about what’s really happening here.

When Frank Puglia and Marianne Salem, among others, throw baseless accusations and engage in hateful rhetoric, it’s not just an attack on me—it’s a calculated distraction from the issues that actually matter to the people of District 4. They’re hoping you’ll be so caught up in their drama that you’ll forget what this election is really about - our community’s future.

Editor: This has been one of the ugliest local elections I have ever seen. It started out with District 1 Supervisor Travis Lingenfelter calling District 4 Supervisor candidate Jennifer Esposito childish names online such as “rabid dog” and spreading a despicable false rumor about his opponent Shawn Meisner, the former head grounds keeper at the Fairgrounds.

Then it devolved into a “cat fight” between Supervisor Bishop and her former administrative assistant, District 4 candidate Marianne Salem, after Bishop came unglued on constituent and school board candidate Danielle Keck. No arrests were made, but Bishop hired a paralegal to send a threatening letter to Salem at work recently, where she’s still a County employee working for Lingenfelter.

Meanwhile, Salem’s husband Frank Puglia has been busy gay bashing candidate Logan Marsh. When Bishop convinced him to run Marsh should have entered the race realistically expecting that might happen, considering the high percentage of Christians in District 4. Your life is an open book as a candidate.

This guy Mike Gannuscio who is running for sheriff against our great sheriff, Doug Schuster is a huge pathetic liar and never stops.

This guy Gannuscio now has a radio ad and is claiming Sheriff Schuster is against the 2nd amendment and citizens having and owning guns.

This radio ad where he took about a 10 second segment of the total context of the speech that sheriff Schuster was making is a twisted total lie.

This guy Mike Gannuscio who is running for sheriff against our great sheriff, Doug Schuster is a huge pathetic liar and never stops.

Bikers Corner: In the world of motorcycling, there is a strong sense of camaraderie and brotherhood among riders. It is not just about the thrill of the ride, but also about the community and support that riders offer each other. One of the fundamental principles that many bikers adhere to is the idea of always stopping to help a fellow rider in need, without question.

The attempted assassination of a presidential candidate has me pondering this question:

You + Me = We

This is not simply a grammatical statement, or a social construct. It is an equation, a perfectly balanced equation. Change any part, and you change the results.

Change the “+”, you change the result, dramatically.

The attempted assignation of a presidential candidate has me pondering this question:

A faulty software update caused technological havoc worldwide on Friday, grounding flights, knocking down some financial companies and news outlets, and disrupting hospitals, small businesses and government offices.

The breadth of the outages highlighted the fragility of a digitized world dependent on just a few providers for key computing services.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) has put some stake into the I-40 TradePort Corridor, recognizing its innovative role in the future of trade. On June 26, a RAISE grant fund of $15 million was awarded by USDOT to the project’s coalition - a team made up of Kingman, Winslow, and New Mexico’s Bernalillo County, Sandoval County, and the Village of Los Lunas – to be used for planning, environmental site assessments, and engineering for road and rail.

USDOT’s $15 million grant is a big boost for the I-40 TradePort Corridor, helping to kickstart planning and development.

Employees of the largest housing provider for unaccompanied migrant children in the U.S. repeatedly s*xually abused and harassed children in their care for at least eight years, the Justice Department said Thursday, alleging a shocking litany of offenses that took place as the company amassed billions of dollars in government contracts.

Southwest Key Programs Inc. employees, including supervisors, r***d, touched or solicited s*x and n**e images of children beginning in 2015 and possibly earlier, the Justice Department said in a lawsuit filed this week. At least two employees have been charged since 2020.

Low donor turnout this summer, including a 30% shortfall in blood donations during the Fourth of July holiday week, has led blood services provider Vitalant to declare an emergency shortage of type O blood.

The nonprofit agency issued a call Tuesday for all donors, especially those with type O blood, to make an appointment to give. Donations of the most in-demand blood type for patients — type O — recently dropped to an 18-month low.

Fishing Report: "Despite record temperatures, there are still a number of local anglers that have been going to local lakes and catching some good stripers and channel cats.

My neighbor, Greg Holden decided to make a trip after dark to an area out of South Cove called Schleeter Rock. I’ve fished this spot many, many times over the years and caught lots and lots of fish there. As a matter of fact, my personal best striper, which weighed over 32 lbs., came from that very spot a few years ago."

Despite record temperatures, there are still a number of local anglers that have been going to local lakes and catching some good stripers and channel cats.

The Great Outdoors: Those sportsmen fortunate enough to have received a big game tag this fall, have no doubt received them by now, but the question comes up, 'What if, for whatever reason, you can’t use the tag, what can you do?'

The answer is actually very simple. According to the Arizona Game & Fish Department, you do have several options.

Those sportsmen fortunate enough to have received a big game tag this fall, have no doubt received them by now, but the question comes up, “What if for whatever reason,

Nature Notes: "When you’re the resident 'wildlife expert,' the people close to you often come to you for advice or help regarding anything wild and unknown. This has certainly been the case with me and my Mom. It’s not unheard of for her to rush over, telling me to 'come quick!' because there’s some unexpected and unidentified creepy-crawly invading the birdseed, the garden, or even the living room."

When you’re the resident “wildlife expert,” the people close to you often come to you for advice or help regarding anything wild and unknown. This has certainly been the case
