On Saturday, November 29th, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Soledad Officers responded to the 100 block of Martinez Place for a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and located a 60-year-old male suffering from stab wounds. The suspect, identified as the victim’s 24-year-old son, was immediately detained. The victim was transported by AMR to Natividad Hospital for medical treatment.

This incident remains under investigation.
