🖤 A fun spooky season challenge from a friend!
She asked me to create some of those old-school kind of creepy looking photos of her boys for some frames. It was a bit of a departure from my usual style, especially trying to get them to look serious when all they wanted to do was smile! 😂 But we had a blast, and I’m thrilled with how the photos turned out. Always up for trying something new and unique! 📸✨

I love when moms worry their sons won’t want to take pictures, and then they end up having a blast.

Trying something new is never easy, especially when it pushes you out of your comfort zone!
Today was round 2️⃣ of playing with multiple lights, and wow, what a journey! 🙌 I definitely faced some challenges and felt a bit lost at times, but I know growth comes from trial and error.

I’m super excited to learn and improve, and I’m thrilled that we ended up with a couple shots to keep! Shoutout to my patient models, especially Shannon for setting everything up! 💖

‼️If we’ve talked about sports modeling, just a heads up: setting up takes time, so expect a session to run about an hour and a half.

A year ago, life took an unexpected turn when I made it onto a photography competition show. To my surprise, I made it through the first few episodes!
(Not everyone had arrived for the pic yet)

But the real highlight was the friendships I formed. The time we spent together at the mansion with the other contestants was often more enjoyable than the show itself 🤣 no pressure lol.

I’m truly grateful for those amazing memories! And I never really shared much from it because I flew back and landed at 6 AM to be at my new job for the first day at 10 AM. So I might get nostalgic and share some now.. this was our first night meeting everyone!

Today marks a significant day in the Shutterfest community as class sign ups kick off promptly at 10 AM, giving everyone a chance to secure spots in their preferred classes.
