We want to bring awareness to A.S.D (Autism Spectrum Disorder) by providing a safe space for parents and children to express themselves freely. Although we are just a family of 5 starting we have hopes to be able to expand our ideas to a higher level around the world. Presenting Mikko’s Treehouse (A world of difference)
Where we will showcase life through non verbal ASMR. AS(D)MR -difference-
We will have more in the coming days and weeks as we launch. Stay tuned and thank you to everyone that has expressed their support and love for our family ♥️

Sometimes we feel trapped in our own home and I guess that’s because we are there most of our days. Being a stay at home mom is hard but imagine being the baby without the ability to do what your body wants to.
I know my children don’t understand yet but I’m sorry toots!! Mommy is going through something that I hope one day you or your siblings don’t have to.
She kept going to the door so I took her out and we sat in the front yard, to be honest it felt good! I need to and will try harder because it’s not her fault as I know it isn’t mine but the difference is, I have the ability to do what my body wants and need.
Now we are off to get the twins from school ♥️

This was by far the best feeling ever and let me tell you why…
A year ago, I would not have been able to enjoy this time with my children. After having Mikko and hell even before, I was so overweight and so tired, it was hard to have “play time” knowing a lot of the things they wanted to do would instantly exhaust me. I was about 300lbs and I would not have ever been able to fit in this train.
The twins kept asking could they get on but I was so hesitant because I knew I wanted Mikko to get on too. Of course with her dad being 6”5 he was just way too tall to get in with her so it had to be me. While waiting in line for our turn, I was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to fit. I kept asking Chris if he thought I could get in because I felt like I was “too big.” And I know I lost 100lbs but my mind sometimes still can’t believe it.
I’m telling y’all right now, this was the best feeling in the world to be able to fit in with Mikko and enjoy the hay ride with them. I literally cried, being overweight has been my entire teen and adult life, 12 years!
Maybe this is why health is so important to me for my children because I didn’t have a guide, my parents didn’t teach me and because of the distance we had, I chose food to help me cope with things and I don’t want that for them. But in order for me to show them, I had to do it first, leading by example with results!

Curls & Cries with Mikko Mirage ♥️
This is to address our latest comments from a “Veteran Mom” on how sorry she feels for my daughter because I “JUST” let her cry and argues that I shouldn’t share it on social media, AND that is the problem.
As mothers we struggle because we feel alone. We don’t see enough of reality because it’s filtered and suppressed with glitter. These comments are rare but normal. I believe most people that follow us on all of our social platforms, understand what our “Curls & Cries” series is about. But some do not, so let’s start there.
“Why is she always crying”
“Why do you let her cry”
“You are such a bad mom for letting her cry”
These statement are usually by a person that is not a Mother or is a Mother that just doesn’t agree with my parenting. Which is fine because my right & wrongs are not yours, as yours are not mine but I accept difference. Some days it gets to me, not because they say it but because I remember making some not so tasteful comments about mothers before I was a mother, and that bothers me on so many levels. Although I consider myself to be a good person, I had a hateful opinion about something I knew nothing about. It hurts me to know I once thought those very things about someone that very well may be a great mother. I stand against bullying so my comments were never said in public or directly to a mother.
My point is, you don’t always know what someone is going through, so watch what you say and how you say it because some things can be misinterpreted, even if you meant well. Motherhood is hard and we are learning each day about our baby because text book definition is not correct. What you read is not always reality.
Further more, reasons why I let my daughter cry, is because I chose to believe in communication & emotions. I find crying to be soothing for her, myself & even my 7year old twins. It’s a form of communication for babies and it’s therapy for those that can talk. It helps develop our lungs a
