Matthew ran a 2:54 marathon at the Chevron Houston Marathon this morning, came home took a shower and got straight to work on Alex’s jeep.

He leads by example and doesn’t quit even when his body was quitting on him today.
He had to stop twice to massage his hamstring and was even texting me during the race. 😂

The training- just like every other marathon- was always after he got done with his priority list.

1.) What did our kids need to accomplish that day

He is a full time local first responder, full time student and always has to be ready to be a full time mom with my schedule.

I’m so proud of him for all of his accomplishments but also for what he is doing for our kids.
