Cancellation policy:
If an appointment has to be rescheduled, the deposit/retainer will be honored as long as at least 48 hrs notice is given, with notice shorter than 48 hrs, the deposit is void as all deposits/retainers are non refundable. If the cancellation policy is not honored, client can be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service total.
